Morning Minyan
We meet Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays regularly, with other days reserved according to holidays and community needs. It is attended by a friendly and devoted group of people who make up a family within the larger synagogue family. Whether you wish to start your day with communal prayer, recite the mourner's Kaddish, go up to the Torah for an aliyah or observe a Yahrtzeit (anniversary of the passing of a loved one), you'll be warmly welcomed. Those not familiar with the traditional Hebrew service are always gently helped to follow and understand the service. Anyone may choose to sponsor breakfasts in memory of a loved one, or in celebration of a special moment or experience.
Memorial prayers for loved ones (El Maley Rachamim) can be recited on days when the Torah is read (Mondays and Thursdays). Prayers for healing can be said privately every day and are recited in public when the Torah is read.
Currently we hold minyans at 7:45AM on Mondays and Thursdays and at 9:00am on Sundays. It is in person and on Zoom.
