Friday Night Services
Friday Nights
Shabbat is the most important time of the week at B’nai Israel, when our congregational family gathers together for prayer, study and camaraderie. We worship together every Friday night and Shabbat morning and seek to offer a diversity of worship styles and experiences. We hope that the experience of communal prayer is meaningful at B’nai Israel for all, no matter a person’s background, education or past experience.
We welcome Shabbat on Friday evenings in a relaxed atmosphere of friendship with prayer, music and learning.
Our Friday evening service is currently at 6:30 PM - both in person and via livestream. The first Friday of every month is our First Friday Family Service. Check the calendar for other Friday night special events including Shabbat meals, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and music. When Cantor Yucht is on the calendar, he brings along his guitar!
