  • Those who are not (current) members of CBI to use to purchase guest tickets OR
  • Members of CBI to purchase guest tickets for non-relatives

If you are a member and wish to buy tickets for relatives of yours, or if you prefer to register and pay by check, please contact the office for a separate form.


Please know that all adults 18 and older require a ticket, so please use this form below.

Reciprocity: If you are a member in good standing at another Conservative synagogue, please ask your synagogue office to send a letter of reciprocity to the CBI office at ekovit@cbitr.org - you will not need to fill out this form.
